Reconciled & documented

$0.00

Every dollar below pairs an insurer's adjudicated claim with the bank payment that settled it — the two halves of IRS-grade proof, stapled automatically.

This demo is live — the matching engine just ran on the data below.

Proposed matches

The engine explains each pairing. You confirm — nothing joins the ledger on its own.

Claims awaiting payment

The insurer says you owe these. No matching payment found yet.

Unexplained medical charges

You paid these medical merchants, but no claim explains them — possible cash-pay expenses worth capturing.

How it works

Three steps. The engine does the arithmetic; you stay in charge.

1
Connect (or just look around) Link your health plan and your bank — or explore with the sample data already loaded. Claims arrive with the amounts your insurer actually decided you owe; transactions arrive from your card.
2
Review the matches Each card pairs a claim with the payment that settled it and explains why — even when the EOB says $5 + $4 + $1 and your card says $10. Green means certain; amber means probable; red means take a look (and you can ask the AI for a second opinion).
3
Confirm — that's your proof One click per match. Confirmed pairs build your documented balance: money you can withdraw from your HSA tax-free at any time, with evidence behind every dollar. Export it all whenever you like.

Common questions

Why does matching claims to payments matter?

HSA rules let you reimburse yourself for out-of-pocket medical expenses at any point in the future — but only with proof. The claim shows what you legitimately owed after insurance; the payment shows you actually paid it out of pocket. Together they're the evidence an audit asks for. Apart, they're just paperwork.

What if the amounts don't line up one-to-one?

That's normal, and it's what the engine is for. It recognizes line items composing one charge, payment plans spreading one bill over months (with paid-so-far and remaining tracked live), several visits bundled into one charge, and near-misses like card surcharges — and explains each in plain English before you confirm.

What's an "unexplained medical charge"?

A payment to a medical merchant with no claim behind it — often a cash-pay expense (glasses, therapy, pharmacy) you'd otherwise forget. Each one may be reimbursable money; the full product lets you attach a receipt and add it to your ledger.

Is my data stored anywhere in this demo?

No. This entire demo — engine, data, interface — runs inside this page in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, tracked, or saved. Press Reset and it's as if you were never here.

What does the full product add?

Real connections to your insurer (patient-authorized claims access across 350+ health plans) and your bank, accounts that remember your confirmed matches, live AI adjudication, and audit-ready exports — with your data exportable on every plan, always.
